UPDATE - Email Migration to the Cloud

As part of our email system migration to the cloud, we’re seeing some issues with legacy accounts. These outdated accounts can cause sign-in problems, syncing errors, or display issues due to something called caching.

What is caching?
Your computer or browser tries to be helpful by "remembering" frequently used data — like email settings, usernames, or saved connections — so it doesn’t have to fetch them fresh every time. This makes things faster when the stored information is correct.

But when things change — like a new email domain or updated credentials — this stored info can actually get in the way.

In other words, your device is trying to help... but it’s remembering the wrong stuff.

What should you do?
If you are having issues please take a few minutes to:

  1. Delete any old @munster.us email accounts from your phone, tablet, or computer.
  2. Delete any @munsterschools.gov accounts that were manually added before the cloud migration was completed.
  3. Uninstall Outlook app if that is what you use after trying all the above and – as a last resort check email via https://outlook.office365.com/owa/munsterschools.gov
