Plug in the charger and let it sit for one minute. Then press and hold the power button. This resolves the issue most of the time.

Tap the mouse or press the space bar. If nothing appears, hold the power button until the light turns off. Wait a few seconds, then press the power button again to restart.

1. Restart your device.
2. Check for updates (see “Keep my device up to date” below).
3. If the issue persists, email support@munsterschools.gov.

1. Sync with Company Portal: Open Company Portal → click the gear (bottom right) → Sync.
2. Windows Updates: Settings → Windows Update → Check for updates.
3. Dell Drivers & BIOS: Open Dell Command | Update → Check for updates → install available updates.

Tip: Install updates when you have 15–20 minutes and are on reliable Wi-Fi with your charger connected.

• Confirm headphones are fully plugged in.
• Reboot the device before launching the test.
• Check the test’s audio check screen/volume settings if available.

Ensure you are connected to StaffWiFi. Printing will not work when connected to MustangWiFi or any other network.

1. Open the Company Portal app.
2. Click the four squares (apps catalog).
3. Select the application → click Install.

1. Verify course-to-content mapping in PowerSchool: In PowerSchool Admin, open the relevant course/section and confirm the correct McGraw-Hill program is assigned.
2. Complete/submit required forms in PowerSchool: Open PowerSchool → Forms, complete the form, and Submit.
3. Allow sync time: After changes, mySTM (ClassLink) and McGraw-Hill may take up to one nightly sync to reflect access.

If access still isn’t visible after the next sync: Contact support@munsterschools.gov with your name, course, section, and the McGraw-Hill title you need.
