Early Childhood Developmental Program
The Early Childhood Developmental Program provides a developmentally appropriate, structured classroom experience for children with disabilities. Our certified staff members understand the diverse needs of children, offering flexibility with morning and afternoon classes, each lasting 2.5 hours. Children eligible for special education services must have personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that focus on their unique strengths and needs.
Our tailored daily routine is meticulously designed to offer a supportive environment, providing both structure and security. With a dedicated focus on cognitive development, fine and gross motor skills, speech and language, as well as self-help and social/emotional development, our program aims to empower students with the tools they need for success. Every aspect of our daily activities is thoughtfully curated to create a nurturing space that fosters growth and celebrates individual milestones.
Our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment ensures that every child receives the attention and resources necessary for their optimal development. For more information on the program, please reach out to Claire Starcevich, STM Early Childhood Coordinator, at 219-838-2060 x 6206.
