Meet the New Superintendent
It is both a personal and professional honor to be selected as the next Superintendent of the School Town of Munster. From the moment my family and I began learning more about this incredible district, we felt drawn to the strong sense of pride, tradition, and commitment to excellence that defines Munster. We are thrilled to become part of such a vibrant and engaged community.
I bring to this role 26 years of experience in public education, having served as a high school English teacher, assistant principal, principal,

and district-level administrator. Most recently, I served as Superintendent of Northeastern Wayne Schools, where I worked closely on strategic planning, student achievement, and building positive school cultures.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Secondary English Education from Purdue University, my master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan
University, and my doctorate in Educational Leadership from Ball State University. Throughout my career, I’ve remained deeply committed
to the belief that every student deserves an educational experience that prepares them not just for success in school, but for life beyond the classroom.
My wife and I, along with our children, are excited to put down roots here in Munster. We value the role of public education in shaping both individuals and communities, and we look forward to becoming actively involved in district and community life.
What drew me most to the School Town of Munster was the opportunity to lead in a district that balances academic excellence with a strong sense of community. I am eager to listen, learn, and partner with our staff, students, families, and community members as we build on past successes and work together toward an even brighter future. I want to hear your hopes, ideas, and perspectives, and I look forward to the many conversations ahead.
Go Mustangs!
